What Options Do I Have Before My Documents are Taken Offline?

There are 3 notices that go out over a 30 day time span before the documents are taken offline, in each notice the deadline date is stated.

When you receive a notice your options are:

  • Purchase a credit to make your application visible to an employer.
  • Purchase a Document Storage Package so your documents are accessible when you need them.
  • Save each document individually (resumes, cover letters and supporting documents) on your home computer or other device. If you purchase a credit in the future, re-upload each file into the proper category.
