In order to edit your preferences for Occasional/Supply/TTOC opportunities, please perform the following steps.
STEP 1: Go to your Occasional Employees section, open the Occasional Preferences page and click ‘edit preference’ beside your district.
STEP 2: Please verify that your ‘Contact Preferences’ are correct (e.g. email, text or phone number) and review your school selections.
STEP 3: Click SAVE when you are done.
The Calendar will make you unavailable for EasyConnect job offers. To receive offers via email only, please set up the Do Not Disturb.
To set up a Calendar Event, Please do the following:
STEP 1: From the ‘Occasional Employees’ section select ‘My Calendar’.
STEP 2: In the calendar click ‘add an event’.
STEP 3: Please include a title for your event and fill out the times and dates that you are unavailable. Click Save when you are finished adding the details.
This will block you from receiving assignment offers for the days you have made yourself unavailable in the Calendar.
To remove an event from your Calendar, please click on the title of the event and ‘delete this event’.
