Employers want to see your Portfolio so they can reach out to you when new opportunities arise.
If you would like employers to be able to contact you about opportunities that match your credentials, you are required to opt into the applicant database.
To do this, click on Who Can View my Portfolio in the Portfolio tab. Select Yes under the Visibility Settings heading.
Specify the locations where you are interested in working and answer the corresponding questions by clicking on Edit Preferences.
Click the Save button before exiting the page.
Employers who conduct candidate searches that match your criteria will now be able to reach out to you if they are interested in learning more about you.
