In order to edit your preferences for Occasional/Supply/TTOC opportunities, please perform the following steps.
Step 1: Go to your EasyConnect section, click on Occasional Preferences, and then click on ‘edit preferences’ beside your employer.
Step 2: Verify that your ‘Contact Preference’ is correct (e.g. email, text or phone number).
Note: You must select either phone calls or text messages. With either option, you will also receive an email for each assignment offer.
Step 3: Choose the Assignments you are willing to work.
Note for Teachers: Assignments that are greyed-out (that you cannot select or de-select) are assignments you are pre-approved to teach based on your OCT qualifications.
Step 4: Choose the Locations where you are willing to work.
Step 5: Click Save at the bottom of the page when you are done.
The Calendar will make you unavailable for EasyConnect job offers. To receive offers via email only, please set up the Do Not Disturb.
To set up a Calendar Event, Please do the following:
Step 1: From the EasyConnect section click on My Calendar.
Step 2: In the calendar click on Dates Not Available.
Step 3: Please include a title for your event and fill out the times and dates that you are unavailable. Click Save when you are finished adding the details. If you need to set up a multi-day unavailability, click on ‘Add Days’ to set up a date range.
This will block you from receiving assignment offers for the days you have made yourself unavailable in the Calendar.
To remove an event from your Calendar, please click on the title of the event and then click on Delete This Event.
